Step 1: Start with a single session or reach out via email to talk through your goals.
Step 2: Complete a short intake assessment so I understand your history, goals, and any considerations that affect how we train.
Step 3: We build your program and get to work.

Best for: Adults new to structured training or returning after a long break.

2 virtual asynchronous coaching check-ins per week

Nutrition guidance within ACE scope of practice
Weekly progress review
Commitment: Month-to-month. No long term contract required.

Best for: Adults with training experience who want to accelerate progress with more hands-on coaching.

A 60-minute session gets you a full movement assessment, a conversation about your goals, and a clear picture of what training together would look like - with no commitment beyond that session.
Single session - $80
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every Built for Distance program is built on three pillars.
Movement - exercise selection and programming designed for your body, your goals, and your history. If you have injuries, asymmetries, or limitations, we program around them - not through them.
Strength - progressive resistance training grounded in ACE-IFT guidelines and currect exercise science. Evidence-based, not trend-driven.
Recovery - rest, nutrition, sleep, and active recovery treated as training variables, not afterthoughts. The work yo udo between sessions matters as much as the sessions themselves.
A NOTE ON VENUE
Current in-person sessions are conducted at the client's home or outdoors in the Baltimore area. I'm a Baltimore-based coach working with clients locally and online.
Online coaching clients can be anywhere.
